WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Shipping:
UK Delivery Royal Mail 1st Class & 1st Class Recorded, normally 1- 2 working days but not guaranteed.
Europe & Ireland Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for, normally 2 - 5 working days, but not guaranteed.
USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for, normally 4 - 12 working days, but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. For items sent recorded delivery, this will be 18 days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections. Thank you for your understanding.
We ship to all major countries in the world however there is an extra charge for items weighing more than 500 Grams or if the volume is greater than 300mm X 300mm X 30mm (H, W, D). We will send you a confirmation of any extra shipping costs once you have placed the order. If you are not happy with the extra charges then we will issue you a full refund.
Please note that our shipping rates are cheapest for any international delivery and we would be more than willing to consider any other option suggested by the buyer if it is cheaper than our quote.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We will post all items in the most appropriate packaging to ensure that they are not damaged on dispatch. Please allow 1 to 14 days maximum for dispatch from the date of payment although we dispatched items mostly within one & two working days after payment is cleared. Our postage and packaging is FREE.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please ensure you check all of the details thoroughly as you will be unable to edit or cancel an order after it has been placed.
PLACING AN ORDER – STEP BY STEP
If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.
STEP 1.
Click on the product that you are interested in.
1. Choose the size of the product.
2. You can also change the color of the product (if available) by clicking on the selected thumbnail.
3. Click “ADD TO CART” button on the right.
4. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
5. When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “CART” button.
You can also add the product you are interested into the "Wish list" and purchase it at another time (please note that you must be a registered user for the product to be permanently saved on the list).
To view the wish list, log in to vibecentre.com by entering your username and password, then click on "Your Account" button on the menu on the top. In the next step, select "WISH LIST" and then "Saved" from the tabs of the left.

In the shopping cart’s preview, you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.
If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the "Trash icon" on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on the +/- button in the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated.
STEP 3
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
If you are a registered customer, please sign in. If you are not, you can sign up by clicking on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”. You can also place an order as a guest (without registration) by clicking on “CONTINUE WITHOUT REGISTRATION”.
After you click on Leave a comment”, a box will pop up – here you can type a comment regarding your order.
STEP 4
Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an "*". If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please enter your NIP number (Tax Identification Number). Ensure that your data is correct and then select your preferred shipping method.

If you are a registered customer, your shipping details will be filled in automatically and you will be immediately redirected to STEP 5.

After logging in, signing up or entering shipping details, please select your preferred shipping method. The table presents available shipping methods together with shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

You have the right to cancel an online order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and get a refund, here is how to do it.
you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order within one 12 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please follow the steps below
Log in to your END. account.
Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.
If the order has been placed less than 1 hour ago, there will be a 'CANCEL ORDER' button showing at the bottom of the order summary.
Please select this button, you will then be asked to confirm your cancellation request.
To continue cancelling your order select 'CANCEL ORDER' again. If you do not wish to cancel your order, select 'No, return to order'.
Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.
Please remember, this self-cancellation is only available for the first 12 hours of your order being created, after this 1-hour window, we cannot cancel orders.
If the 'CANCEL ORDER' button is not showing at the bottom of the order summary, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
If you have already received your goods then you may return them in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, and our Return Policy.
